## **Shipping Policy**

At RAYS by Kiran, every bag is **entirely handmade** with attention to detail and care. Because of this artisanal process, please note the following:

* **Processing & Delivery:** Shipping may take up to **15 business days**. This timeframe allows us to ensure your piece meets our quality standards before it reaches your door.
* **Shipping Charges:** A flat shipping fee of **300** applies to all orders.
* **Tracking:** Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details to monitor your delivery.

## **Returns & Exchanges**

We strive for perfection in every stitch. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise.

### **Returns**

* **Defective Products:** We only accept returns for products that are **defective or damaged** due to an error on our side.
* **Reporting:** If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within **12 hours** of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect.
